Opportunities
During this time of social distancing across the globe, many teachers and spiritual leaders are offering free resources. Three I've found helpful are Oprah and Deepak's 21 day meditations, Nick Ortner's free tapping videos, and Sounds True's Resilience in Challenging Times. In addition, the Academy of American Poets publishes Shelter in Poems which offer inspiration, comfort, and hope.
